There will be a Primary held on Tuesday, August 13, to determine the Democratic candidate who will run for the Office of Judge of Probate (District 28) this November. The party endorsed candidate is Mathew Olkin of Windham; the challenger, who qualifies to run against him in the primary, is George Baker of Colchester.
